Media Mail (7-21 days)

• Orders $200 and under – $5.95
• Free shipping over $200. Exceptions apply**
• Please note that while this method is inexpensive it is also slow. All orders ship from northern Ohio. If you live on the west coast our experience has been that packages may take up to three or four weeks to arrive. If you need it quicker then please use our Standard Ground shipping.

Standard Ground (2-5 days) via FedEx or Priority Mail

• Orders $60 and under – $8.95
• Orders over $60 – add 15%

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours. When you check out you will be given all available delivery options for your order. 

FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day

Rates for these shipping methods are based on delivery location and weight. You can calculate the shipping fee after items have been added to your cart. FedEx Overnight and 2nd Day delivery are both based on working business days.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. All international shipments are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. The customer is responsible for all tariffs and customs fees that may be due upon delivery. Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery location. To view costs to your country simply add items to your basket, select your country and click on "Calculate Shipping".

Purchase Orders

All Purchase Orders must be fax or mailed. Purchase Orders which are not prepaid do NOT receive free shipping. Purchase Orders over $200 are assessed 10% of the total order for shipping.

Backorders

 

Backordered items, depending on value, weight and location, may be sent media mail via USPS.

Returns

Satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with an item, repack it carefully and return it to us in resalable condition for a refund, of purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns after 90 days. Please ship the items in a sturdy box with adequate packing material. Do not use newsprint, as it gets ink on the books. We recommend returning books via UPS or FedEx because packages are automatically insured against damage. Returned items not in brand new condition will be discounted accordingly.

**If your initial order was over $200 and you received free shipping, and by returning books your net order will be less than $200, you will be charged our actual shipping cost.
